Mate, a competent, experienced, and motivated, mining executive in Australia is not too hard to find. I've worked for several in my mining career.

Those that don't make the cut, are pretty quickly weeded out by mining companies.

With TOE, we drew the short straw with RH, just pure bad luck...very bad luck.

Just look at Jono from CXU, or Mike Young from VMY, or Brandon Munro from BMN, or John Borschoff from DYL etc. What all these guys have in common is that they are competent, absolutely passionate about their projects, and they deliver results. They also have great judgement.

RH stranded our only asset, by turning down Mark McGowan's offer of a WA mining license, in Jan 2022, knowing full well that he was leaving us permitless inside a uranium mining ban. And he did not inform holders of his plan to not complete 'substantial commencement'. Is ASIC aware of that? That should have been a firing offense, instant dismissal. He should have informed the market beforehand. It made no sense whatsoever. Look at what it has done to the share price! And then look at all his decisions since...what has he actually delivered in the last 3yrs?????? You hardly even hear from the guy. In the meantime, we have paid him $1.5Million + super + benefits!!! And what has he done for us...??? He's overseen the implosion of our share price.

I'm telling you, leadership is absolutely key. And this one is very, very, veeerrryyy off.
