Comparison of FLG to a similar stage company JBY who just recently released their maiden JORC earlier in the month (https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/ann-maiden-jorc-resource-at-independence-gold-project.8477934/)

Both have a similar total resource size, good jurisdictions, expansion upside. Big differences in the grade but what matters is the cost of production.

FLG will likely have a much lower cost of production (Chile) and processing costs with the shallow open pit oxide mine.
JBY will have high production costs with a likely underground mine and higher processing costs (Nevada) with the underground skarn needing more processing.

I'd argue FLG is ahead as they had their Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) in April 2012 including metallurgical testwork with the previous owner Orosur Mining. They could move on to the PFS as soon as they sort out the converstion of the 43-101 resource to a JORC resource.

While JBY would need to start a scoping study or PEA.

FLG market cap: 15 million (upside of at least 3x based on Pantanillo alone)
JBY market cap: 49 million
