A capital raising was flagged on Apr 14 when the Pantanillo announcement was made.
PL showing patience wrt the raise. As far as the 5B goes, you yourself talked about liquidity and the relevance to these ATM type share sales. Just because you have access does mean you should use it inappropriately. A lean and clean equity placement type raise should be utilized if it iw more effective.
