re: Ann: Corporate Restructure and Share Purc... Correct O... Who in the right mind would invest in a company that houses only 40% of an asset, no matter how great, and be dictated on by the 60% owner?! HAW's restructuring = more costs to shareholders and benefiting the directors again. Also, it's tough enough for them keeping the share price of one company decent... How would they ever manage another one, seriously?? This spells danger all over it.
