re: Ann: Corporate Restructure and Share Purc... According to the company statement the spin-offs won't happen before March, therefore no rush to be on the register. Sold out at the open as I can always buy back via SPP. But who knows what will happen and just the statement phrase " Time line indicative " means the terms can be adjusted to either a lower price (like GGE ) and / or to extend the time to take up the offer.
I would have done the spin-offs first, sold the Mt.B interests ( HAW ) and then used that money to develop the spin-offs. That way no dilution, happier shareholders and definitely more money to play with. But I am sure our directors had to bow to the LCY directors to give away Mt.B for nearly nothing or got promissed a highly remunarated job at LCY.
No guts no glory, certainly no glory here atm.
