re: Ann: Corporate Restructure and Share Purc... bsal if they want to maintain their holding in haw they can still buy on market at 1c or thereabouts. lcy trawlers like to tout that lcy have some sort of "t/o blocking" stake in haw. if they don't take up their allocation plus buy more then effectively they are being significantly diluted by haw. which would significantly impact their "t/o blocking" stake in haw.

also i'm not sure why lcy trawlers keep spouting off that relations between lcy and haw must be severely strained. business is business and all i can see is both companies manouvering to develop their assets.
