I agree with kozzie, the only place I can see "severely strained" relations between the 2 companies are on HC because nothing in any company releases I've ever read has come across as being acrimonious. And HC is hardly representative of anything except peoples opinions.

As for the CR, surely no-one can tell me it's a surprise. I mean LCY is in the process of completing their own with NMDC, doubling the size of their register in return for 19 odd million dollars.

Companies need cash, that's not news. They spend that cash looking for stuff to dig out of the ground, still not news. Finding a couple of billion tons of iron ore is news, but now what.

Development. And if you thought exploration costs were high you're in for a nasty shock.

This is not the first CR, it probably won't be the last. Same goes for LCY.
