    re: Ann: Corporate Restructure and Share Purc... Asf if the Record Date which determines Shareholders entitled to participate in the Offer was (5.00 pm) Friday 2 December 2011. Why would anyone be purchasing shares now to be involved in for the in-specie shares in the new company?

    IMHO I agree they may see value in this undervalued company and that is about all.
