re: Ann: Corporate Restructure and Share Purc... Yes, that's the record date for the SPP, and the spin-off is to be happening in March, 2012, so it's a long way off. Maybe buyers want in for the new JORC, because that's coming up soon. As per ANN:
"A new, enhanced JORC compliant resource statement is to be completed during December 2011, with an inevitable rise in the project valuation (Legacy: ASX Announcement 18/10/2011)."
