No it doesn't. The water business does not have a component of the current valuation. All of the share price relates to Sunrise. Anything the water business gets will be on top of the current share price. Thats why they are doing it to unlock unrecognised value and reduce the amount the need to generate for Sunrise. Look if say Sunrise is work 30cents and water is worth 10cents more, that 74million they don't have to find for the mine. Thats the reason they are doing it.
