I really doubt it would be a 50/50 split. I would guess more like 80/20 or 90/10, so if you had shares worth $10 now, you would receive Sunrise shares worth $8 and Water shares worth $2. If you sold your water shares and put that money into Sunrise shares, your equity in the Sunrise mine would be greater than it is presently. Does that make sense?
