Nice move by the KRC board and probably the most visible sign of a forthcoming JV on Vanadium. Typically restructuring in this way simply isolated multiple projects so that each can be developed separately. Clearly a partner(s) may not be interested in a poly-metal play. So to prepare, KRC is simply making it easier for a potential JV partner to choose and invest in whichever metal/project they are interested in. Very nice move. IMO
