I agree. This is the first phase of corporate restructuring. Timing is about right running into 2H of Q3.
Jewel in the crown is Vanadium and this move is a prelude to a JV move and will be a major catalyst. The way I see it, JV partner may also be keen on Flourite. Standing of the JV partner will be of critical importance to shareholders.
IMO, for funding purpose KRC may spinoff Flourite and Gold assets - likely the former first. Mt Remarkable will need further explorations.
