This is a great move by King River. The corporate restructuring was definitely needed as it will give the company better control of finance and management for projects. It was interesting to see how KRC traded yesterday as their must have been a lot of confusion with the Restructuring of the company. This does not mean that the company will trade under different codes within the ASX, Which I believed scared a few people away selling their parcels to lock in a profit. The new restructuring of King River, Kimberly Gold etc. will become a new interest to big players. As a holder I feel very comfortable having this in my portfolio & even more comfortable knowing I can top up under 10c.
