The discussion on the other thread highlights there are about 100M shares unaccounted for ... on-sold by the underwriter? From a purely monetary point of view ... if you take a large stake @ 0.002 selling a percentage is the percentage sort of thing to do.
I know someone, who has a friend, who flipped FMG for a couple of cents profit when it was only a penny dreadful. For a while they were happy....
