In my view........
The disclosure is fine and no doubt the truth , the problem is there is no "sale", collaboration
or future intent mentioned and we have been waiting for some time. Its comforting to know
that development is going to plan re MIN and our research team is achieving as endorsed by @refresher but the only way to progress the SP is future possible sales/income. Its all very
well to say Hydrogen is a $billion industry , that means nothing to us but an agreement with
Primetals or Linde would be financially assesable and give a fillip to the SP.
Option holders are of course concerned with 'being in the money' at conversion time. that would
be nice , but in my opinion not important as with only 100 mil. odd shares on issue they will
be as scarce as hens teeth and I will not be selling any to convert a few
A Managing Director hired thru a recruitment agency is a disappointment if it comes to pass.
If it happens, I can only assume that we are employing a caretaker till Mineral Resources take
us over.
