    By my reckoning the cash backing per share will be 4 cents eg

    $9m less $4m leaves $5m cash covering ultimately 124m shares ^^.

    Currently 80m shares + 20m options(to be fp shares)+ 24m shares to vendors of tungsten/
    topaz tenements.
