This document was 31 pages long and had a very positive view of the uranium market worldwide. It claimed that DYL had the best resources and future prospects when compared to other uranium miners both in Australia and throughout the world. No mention of the high wages that any mining company within these shores have to contend with.
It might explain why the sp jumped 6% or so today.
