Looking at the info available in the slide pack its interesting that 80% of the company is owned by 2 companies being Waterford and Blackbird Trust - these shares must be held in Fiske Nominees.
These companies must also hold the $25M debt for the company
The slide pack reads along the line that they are planning to free up production with the view of making the asset more attractive to sell in 2025, what i am not clear on is who is the intended audience for this presentation?
