Wow amazing announcement. Gives us the weekend to digest it.

Some key callouts

1) Several advanced gold projects under review and negotiation by Management...... Advanced meaning they have a resource with JORC. And not only looking at them but negotiating which is great.

2) Increasing resources to +1Mozs at Maniema Gold Project.... EAR just achieved this and hit a market cap of $85m. With drilling under way our current lease alone could 3 bag from current levels.

3) Acquisitions of advanced projects with +3Mozs of resources...... Ok now the dreaming part. Just saw EAR hit $85m mc with 1 Mozs. Now if we acquire a project with over 3 Mozs in addition to the 400k Mozs we already have then we are seriously talking about a market cap in the hundreds of millions. Now why would VEC specifically mention 3 Mozs if they aren't currently negotiating with projects of a similar size. Would be incredible if they can land this.

Anyway enough for a Friday night. We have a couple days to let this sink in
