It is interesting that a smart man like yourself can selectively take numbers and present a story that is far from the truth and compelling enough for retail investors to take action.

You seem to take a lot of interest in KDR which is also 33% down from its recent high of 15 cents.

However if you see BRN has already provided an opportunity for holders climbing from a low of 1.6 to 44 cents if I recall correctly.

Tech sector is down primarily but so is mining , healthcare , Oil and gas.

Does this imply that this stock has no value ?
Your hypothesis is counter-intuitive. Perhaps one would think that a company with no ongoing litigations (BRN) is better than the one that might be under one ?
