There's been no change at all to the companies momentum. They've hit all targets on time or before.

Why sell now, just before M3?

Regarding potential CR
who cares.....?
Theres like approx 800 million shares for BRN right now. Say they need to raise 20 million in the interim before real rev kicks in. At the current price lets call it 100 million shares.

Thats a 12.5% dilution for a $20 million dollar injection of funds, which will bring back the share price.

In comparison to CR for other companies ive seen, thats nothing.

CR has become a dirty word as of late. I mean yes, it can be bad for investors when You've got mining companies like AGO that have no prospect of ever making a profit, doing a 70% dilution, just to convert debt to equity. But when we are talking about using it as a means to bring the business to the next level of growth, its entirely different.

TLDR - CR can ber VERY VERY BAD, but it can also be VERY VERY GOOD. I think its all about context.
