Well, the announcement was "Price Sensitive" alright - looks like the punters view it as a negative...
This company has been turned into a bit of a "plaything" over the years - with a persistent flavour of trying to grow the business via M&A's. Maybe they should just concentrate on growing the business the old fashioned (but well proven) way instead of trying to use the more sexy (but opaque) financialisation method.
One can only fool the market some of the time...
