Dear sirs,happy new year to you and your families.

I trust 2019is a great year for all Amani Gold shareholders.

While I waitfor the feasibility study into Amani’s Giro gold defined resources, I thought Imight share my thoughts on how to get production going relatively quickly, and ina more “affordable way “.

I wonder ifthe board has thought of a small modular gold processing facility for Douze Match,something like say, a 25,000 Oz per year processing plant?

With a circacost of circa $ 20 million, with an accompanying contingency facility to insureearly production is assured.

Companiessuch as APT and Gekko spring to mind for such Modular gold processing plants.

It’s my beliefthat using this option while not ideal, does two things possibly even threethings quite quickly.

# One – it providesnear term money on which to build a bigger processing plant for Kebigada ,together with near term money for further resource growth via exploration or acquisitions.

# Three-limits further share dilution.

Sirs, I havenot tried to cost my proposal, I just merely offer it as an option, withoutknowing whether or not you have considered this potential already.
