Another question why not announce the T/O offer which would inevitably lead to a jump in the SP to say 22c then down the track do a CR at a discount to that.
What's the big urgency to do it now unless it's main aim is to discourage the T/O
Which leads to my next question which is how is this in the best interests of SH
