The same reason for which the stock has retraced from 40c to 10c during last 6-7 months, I.e. company letting Regal having a big stake in this stock, lying to the market about T/O offers (or stupidly knocking them back) etc. It's almost single digit now with today's selling (anything less than 10c is a single digit SP).
