I agree on management's inability however when to start trading is not in their hand.
If they have the information handy (in this case trading halt requested for funding) and if funding is approved or sorted they have to release it to market. They will be in bigger trouble with ASX/ASIC if that information is released by some media house before them and we may end up in suspension from trading. And these kind of news where they shutting down operation are end up in street talk pretty quickly.
