Also people are always unhappy with the management decision if share price going down. It was destined to go down in any case as they had a loss making mine which they had to take some tough decision for.

They used debt it went down
Yes it is high interest rate but you getting home loan at 6-7% so who gonna give you less interest rate loan without any asset attached against it?
In my opinion now management should work off their a** and prove to market why the hell they taking such high salaries and deliver accordingly.
