Not true, the substance behind it is that AIS cannot afford the terms of this package. They're stuffed with whichever turn they take.
They originate, massive fee
They draw debt, its a massive fee and nosebleed interest rates
They don't draw debt, massive fee on undrawn debt.
They repay (somehow), massive fee.
They don't repay, massive fee, massive interest.
They want to extinguish the loan, massive fee.
At what stage does Andre recognize the company cannot abide by this facility is therefore insolvent???
To me anyway, its now clear SOL are not here to help AIS but rather pick up the carcass for penny's. If there were here to help, they would not have set this ridiculous debt trap for AIS. So what if they burn the $80m they bought the 30% with when they got $234m from AIS for the original sale of the Round Oak assets...... and they get to pick up them back up for cents on the dollar.
SOL are not our friends here, however Andre has demonstrated just how much of a desperado AIS is with this outrageous debt deal.
Anyway GLTAH.
