You are right to the point. I am disgusted by this setup. Sold half of my holding this morning and will sell the rest as soon as I see an opportunity. I managed to average down to 32 c per share in the past 12 months and thought it was safe at this average. The loss is inevitable when we have a fox guarding the henhouse. Lessons learned.
