It took a special man to pay $234 million for Round Oak and then back it up with the most ridiculously disturbing debt funding i've ever seen.
Oh and the lender is the the entity that you bought the assets off that landed you in the shit in the first place.
Oh oh oh.... and they already occupy 30% of the register which you have essentially payed them $154m for the privledge of occupying.
Come to think of it, in business terms, Andre may well be to Robert Milner what Alan Bond was to Kerry Packer.
