    I lodged a complaint with ASIC 6 weeks ago and have followed them up today. I am not holding breath.

    Surely the Board should have advised of the issues months ago instead of hiding behind the suspension...

    I note MLM had a 249D served upon them for a board spill. Maybe the same should occur with this mob?
