I've covered this previously, but here goes again.
With the World Phone product only launched since July 31 2015 it's still quite early in the cycle to truly understand the life time value of the customer. We'd need a year or more to get a better understanding of that and ALL other metrics.
What's important from here is...
1. How well those 'freebies downloaders' are actually converting to customers.
2. How much is each customer paying, is it a 'one off' or a 'premium monthly subscription'?
3. How long for are each of those customers paying a fee, is it a few times every month or do they really like the product and are happy to pay the premium monthly fee?
4. Are the customer acquisition costs decreasing?
5. How's World Credit and the other initiatives about to soon be launched going to play out in all of this.
To get a better understanding of those metrics and the new business models the company is exploring / working diligently on & towards IMO this is going to require a year or more. As my investment time frame is way longer than a quarter or two, I have no problem exercising patience.
