The difference with uber is their gross margin will be very high unlike NOR which is negative. Carrier costs are high and it seems is a very competitive market.
Perhaps NOR are charging less cents per minute than the wholesale carrier cost to gain market share or the hope to convert these cusomters over pure VOIP
