Whoever they are, they must be important to have a TH and price sensitive announcement for them.
I suspect the red is because day traders are trying to bring the price down to buy in lower.
Surely, they can't be that dumb to have TH for this announcement if there wasn't more to come shortly. But who's to say what ideas run through a company.
