Lithium is going to be needed for many years to come for batteries. If a better battery comes along it will take years for each manufacturer and distributors to change their processes. Graphite is already used in lithium-ion batteries, unless you meant graphene batteries which are still in early development stages, unproven and may not go anywhere for some time.
Waiting a few weeks for BLM permits will not have an effect on their lithium tenements.
It's well documented that the demand for lithium will far outweigh the supply for the next 5 - 10 years.
Steve Elliott is positioning CAD by acquiring land in a lucrative area which is a step in the right direction IMO. I understand you are getting impatient waiting for some drill results but CAD are moving in the right direction (even though it might not be at your desired pace).
If you think Lithium or CAD are a passing phase and company you are more than welcome to take the nearest exit. As always DYOR.
