    I notice the expected date of reaching stage 2 and increasing sales to 1 Mtpa has been pushed back a couple of years from 2019, to now expecting 2021.

    For people in the know, is this normal? Would it suggest the company is having trouble finding finance to to fund the ramp up in production?
