    If as you say that there may be a takeover bid, then the question is at how much.
    Given the NPV is about 66c/share* and that the majors are averaged down at about 10c/share, it is my opinion that somewhere between 20c & 30c/share would shift it.

    * about 20c a ton in the ground. IMO, however, TIG has likely more than 630 mil tons in the ground.
