Really Wilma? The smart people don't make investment decisions based on assumptions?!?
My gosh, this just proves you have no clue. Feasibility studies and financial models are littered with assumptions and those assumptions are substantiated for their reasonableness before commitments are made.
It's risk vs return oh clueless one. The less you know, the more risk you take, the greater your return should things pan out as initially anticipated.
Every financial institution operates off assumptions. Even the assumption that you may never be able to pay off your mortgage with worthless KNL shares.
