Seems to be over the top on the finance deal with OCP in current low interest environment.
I would have thought the 8 % interest is very generous, the 2 % establishment fee and the 40 million 3 year option is a rip off.
Is the loan to GXY is that risky (close to production)?????? that attract the high premium, where are the local banks when we need
them. Any financial guru that can shed some light on this.
