Maybe someone should tell who ever it was that lodged the "update" That person still seems to think it is on! Yer right!! They have got nowhere in 12 months and it's all going to happen in 3 weeks.
They mention the refundable deposit of $212k. The auditor cast doubt on the recoverability of that deposit!
