I have clearly explained this before.
I did NOT buy seed.
I was a vendor which means WML bought Volt and Liquid from us, clearly have mentioned this.
If you care to read the consideration for these you will see cash and shares.
How do you figure we sold 2 companies and had to BUY seed? Do you understand what seed is.
And then you claim I am management, how do you figure that??
I think I have been very open and clear but you continue to make claims I have falsely disclosed my position or failed to disclose .
