    I'm not saying a Cap Raise will happen by any means, it is just my gut feeling.

    They do have a reasonable amount of outgoings, so not sure how much cash they need.

    Buyers are certainly lining up, and I wouldn't be selling at these prices, but someone has been.

    I think it is bargain buying at these levels, one decent announcement of a new contract and this will fly well over 3 cents.
