I got some express post letter in the mail from another holder of 1ag urging me to vote no.Apart from some comments I can’t see a reason to vote no.
If they dump all their stock the price will still go up. Simple maths.
Or if they sell the carbon asset how Much will we get? What will other players do for us small holders?
I vote with our current 1ag management. They managed to get such a good business carbon busniess worth a lot so they can’t be so bad?
I vote yes for the demerger.
