I had a read and I think I will be happy with this move.... as @BazzleDog said, we get the same exposure as now but in two different entities - one is a laid back Carbon Conscious group share which may pay some tiny dividend for the next 9 years and be a lifestyle company for the management and for us with no activity other than capital management ....
the risk and of course, the growth will be in the dairy company and depending on they get going the real action will be there... they will raise capital and they will go seeking business and all that... we still get the same share in that business...
