I agree, except where you agreed with Bazzledoggie (it is a matter of principle thingy)...it appears the hibernation period is ending and the winter thaw is softening and I wonder if this is SNC agitating for change and the Directors responding by exercising their options to shore up their votes and dilute SNC or whether it is the Directors being preemptive and forced to make a move to stem any power play by SNC in the future.

Either way it is a welcome relief from the stony silence that has permeated this company for so long.
