I too share your concerns about losing DW at this stage of proceedings but I figure that The Board are placing their faith in this man.
DW recruited him to the team and he has since been promoted so I'm certain he's a good operator....I was impressed when I met him!

You need to do some research on "C0-produced water from CSG" - google it!! Where we are in the scheme of things, more water now ultimately means more future gas!
