Heard it's a 1.5m raising to some very high powered institutions. It's a weird sizing, not big enough to fund the whole 75% for sure, but perhaps we're missing the bigger picture - it looks like a look after raise somewhat. Maybe it's to get insto's on board to start clearing out retail in preparation for something else. I mean this is the same team that structured the Memphis deal which was a killer... I reckon the rumors around the $44m number may not be way off the mark.
