Same. If funding is purely debt/offtake prepayment then this would fly. MC is just too low in such a scenario.
Until that's announced we're all speculating of course, but the recent announcements do indicate such a scenario is far more likely than it was months ago. And as other posters point out, copper just keeps running. Shovel ready projects are rare.
