Not sure I agree with reducing the sale price by the value of the cash Pelorus has spent on the asset. That $1.9m spent by Pelorus is of no relevance nor benefit to Titan.
Would you sell your used car for $15,000 and then accept $13,100 because the buyer wanted to spend $1,900 on a new set of mags??
Seems to be a free kick to Pelorus at Titan shareholder expense. I wonder who the owners of Pelorus are??
Should have pushed for the full $15m or taken the asset back and kept the $8.1m.
